Nursing Student Council

Welcome

The Nursing Student Council (NSC) welcomes all School of Nursing students to UCSF!

NSC serves as a liason among students, faculty, and administration and acts as an advocate for student concerns.

Elections

After successful elections we have new officers for the academic year eager to serve the student body (listed below).

Update Newsletter

News and activities of NSC appear in the Update Newsletter (see the Current Student page for past issues).

Enrichment Fund / Travel Award

The NSC Enrichment Fund supports students attending (or presenting), or that have attended or presented, at conferences. Up to ten awards of $100 each may be awarded each quarter.

Only complete applications will be evaluated for the award. Applications for the Award must be submitted within 30 days of having attended the conference. Materials included in the application packet will not be returned to the applicant.

To print an application packet (includes instructions and application form, revised Oct. 2007), choose one of the following document names:

• nsc-ef.doc   (Microsoft Word .doc format)
• nsc-ef.pdf   (Adobe/Acrobat .pdf format)

Note:  the application packet is available in Adobe/Acrobat Reader (".pdf") format.
